1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the NINETY7 platform, school institutions agree to be bound by these terms. We provide a modular SaaS (Software as a Service) for student details management, WhatsApp reminders, and result publishing.

2. Account Responsibility

Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of staff login credentials. NINETY7 operates on a multi-tenant basis where each school admin manages their own staff access.

3. Data Accuracy & Compliance

While NINETY7 provides the architecture for CBSE-compliant websites and tools, the school is solely responsible for the accuracy of student records and academic results entered into the system.

4. Subscription & Service Access

Access to tools is provided on a monthly charge basis. NINETY7 reserves the right to deactivate accounts if subscription payments are not maintained or if the platform is used for unauthorized data extraction.

5. Limitation of Liability

NINETY7 acts as a technology facilitator. We are not liable for any discrepancies in school financial records or student data provided by the institution. Our goal is to provide the architecture for financial accuracy.
